Thank you for checking out our site!  We strive to build a positive, competitive environment for players to learn and grow in the amazing game of football.  We try to keep it simple - one practice and one game per week for season play occasionally, Coaches will opt for more practices a week, but this is usually at the consensus of the team.   

      This rule excludes our "THE BIG GAME'  camp series where we will practice once a week and scrimmage same day.  Flag Football is a no-contact sport, teaching players about the importance of strategy and skill based play.
